ITINERARY

Day 1 : Trichy – Thiruvannamalai

Post scheduled arrival in Trichy Airport, our representative will greet you and introduce you to the chauffer. Depart for Thiruvannamalai is where Hindu Mythology takes the form of stunning architecture. Upon arrival check in Hotel . After freshen up proceed most famous for its Arunachala temple among numerous other temples and ashrams dedicated to saints of olden times. Sri Ramana shram, Sathanur Dam, Sri Seshadri Swamigal Ashram are some of the important tourist spots as well as significant areas for followers

DAY 2: Thiruvannamalai – Kalahasthi – Tirupathi

After breakfast at a hotel drive for Tirupati which is famous for Temple of Lord Venkateshwara. Enroute Visit Srikalahasti Temple is popular among devotees who visit the temple along with the highly revered Tirupati Temple, which is just 36 km away. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, Kalahasti temple has immense religious importance for Hindus The temple represents one of the five elements (Pancha Bhoota) – Air or Vayu. Afterwards drive towards Tiruapathi Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up head towards Balaji to pay obeisance to the Lord Balaji.

Day 3 : Tirupathi =Thiruthani = Kanchipuram

After breakfast at a hotel drive towards Thiruthani which is famous for Murugan temple. It is a Hindu temple in the hill of Thiruthani (in South India) dedicated to Lord Muruga. The hill has 365 steps indicating 365 days of the year. Later visit the temple for prayers. Continue drive towards Kanchipuram. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up step out for sightseeing of Kanchipuram. Visit Kailasanthar Temple, Ekambareshwarar Temple, the Vardarajanperumal Temple and Sakiswarar Temple as well as Crocodile Farm. Thereafter drive to Mahabalipuram for Overnight stay.

DAY 4 : Mahabalipuram – Chidambaram - Kumbakonames Here

Post breakfast at a hotel drive towards Kumbakonam, enroute visit Chidambaram – which is a major pilgrimage site for Shaivites as well as Vaishnavites. One of the holiest and most ancient temples of Hinduism, the Chidambaram temple, is located here. Chidambaram Temple is dedicated to Lord Siva and his form of the Cosmic Dancer – Nataraja. Afterwards drive to Kumbakonam , upon arrival check in Hotel, After freshen up proceed to visit Swamimalai which is known for Swamimalai Murugan Temple. It is a Hindu temple located in the township of Swamimalai. Overnight Stay at Kumbakonam

Day 5 : Kumbakonam – Palani

After breakfast drive towards Palani. Check into a hotel upon arrival. It is the location of the renowned temple of God Kartikeya, visited by more than 7 million devotees each year. Palani is home to one of the most sacred shrines of God Subrahmanyan (as worshipped in the Hindu cult of Koumaram). It is one of the Arubadai Vedu of Lord Muruga. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 : Palani – Thiruchendur

After breakfast in a hotel drive towards Tiruchendur. It is famous for Murugan Temple on the beach. Tiruchendur temple is located on the shore of Bay of Bengal. The location of this temple draws a stream of devotees perennially. The temple overlooking the sea is really impressive. It has been venerated by Tamil Sangam Period work Tirumurugatruppadai and by 83 Tiruppugazh hymns of Arunagirinathar. It is one of the most visited shrines in Tamil Nadu.

Day 7 : Thiruchendur – Madurai

Post breakfast in a hotel drive towards Madurai. Check into a hotel upon arrival. After freshen up explore this 2,600-years-old temple town. Visit famous Meenakshi Temple, Mariamman Teppakulam (Great Tank) and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak. Later visit Pazhamuthircholai. It is located at a distance of about 20 km from Madurai. The temple of Muruga is flanked by Valli and Teyvayanai and is located amidst quiet and beautiful landscape. Noopura Ganga is at the top of a hill. It is a perennial waterfall with a temple dedicated to Raakkayi Amman. Azhagar Kovil, the temple of Sri Narayana, is close to Pazhamuthircholai. Tirupparamkundran is at a distance of eight kilometres from Madurai in South India. This holy place is associated with the divine marriage of Muruga with Tevayanai. Tiru Jana Sambhandarand Sundaramurti Swamigal – two of the Saiva Samaya quartets visited Tiruparamkundram. Get back to the hotel and stay there overnight.

Day 8 : Madurai – Trichy

After breakfast at a hotel drive towards Trichy , upon arrival check in Hotel After freshen up proceed visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple is situated in Srirangam Town of Trichy. The temple is devoted to Lord Ranganatha, a reclining form of Lord Vishnu. And proceed to check in Hotel in Trichy , to visit jambukeswarar Temple is one of the five major Shiva Temples of Tamil Nadu, situated in Tiruchirapalli or Trichy of Tamil Nadu. The temple represents the element of water and sanctum has an underground water stream

Day 9 : Trichy Departure .
