• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar usage, room service, shopping, and other individual spending.
• Optional tours, additional sightseeing, entrance fees, or activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Meals and beverages other than those stated in the programme.
• Tips for drivers, guides, porters, hotel staff, and other service personnel RM40
• Excess baggage charges.
• Early check-in and late check-out at hotels.
• Additional hotel charges or personal room expenses.
• Extra costs arising due to flight delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, roadblocks, government restrictions, temple closures, transport disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any item not specifically mentioned under the tour inclusions.

Booking

1. A deposit of RM500 is required upon booking to secure the seat.
   2. Full payment must be completed before the final payment due date given by the company.
   3. Guests must provide correct personal details, passport copy, contact number, and emergency contact details.
   4. Any changes to name, date, rooming, flight, or itinerary may be subject to additional charges.

Terms and Conditions

1. Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport, visa, travel documents, and personal belongings are valid and complete.
2. All guests are required to follow the instructions of the tour leader, guide, hotel, transport provider, and local authorities.

Cancellation

1. Cancellation must be made in writing to the company.
   2. Deposit paid is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
   3.Cancellation charges may apply based on the cancellation date, airline policy, hotel policy, transport arrangement, and supplier terms.
   4.No refund will be given for unused services, meals, sightseeing, transport, hotel stay, or any portion of the tour not used by the guest.
   5. Cancellation procedures and charges shall be applied in accordance with the Tour Registration Form and the applicable Standard Terms and Conditions for Travel Packages issued by MOTAC.
