Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy:

1. Rates quoted strictly for minimum number of persons as per request above, if less or any reduce no of person the rate will be different.
2. This is only quotation; no reservation has been made until we have received your written acceptance of the quotation and deposit to secure the quotation rates.
3. Price is subject to any surcharge including peak season / weekend / public holiday.
4. Deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation and final payment to be paid in full 30 days before arrival.
5. In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.
6. No refund or reduction accommodation, meals, snorkeling gears or any services not utilized.
Cancellation procedure:
Travel arrangements for any member of the party may be cancelled at any time by written notice by the person who made the booking.
a) Please note the following:
i. If notice of cancellation is received by SRI SUTHARSANAM TRAVEL AND TOUR SDN. BHD. (SSTA) than 21 days prior to the guided holiday departure date, 20% will be retained along for SSTA’s cancellation fee waiver payment.
ii. Illness or absence early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility.
iii. There is no refund for absence or early departure from a guided holiday, including but not limited to missed hotels, transfers, meals or sightseeing.
